Roma is a pet lover at heart and has been involved in pet causes all her life as an adopter, foster care giver and
activist. She develops special relationship and deep bond
with her dogs and is fully involved in their lives through
the highs and lows. For Roma, a "customer" is first and foremost a gentle soul that is to be cherished and cared for, instructed and mentored through a grooming process
that can be challenging at times.
